Audit Partner with over 25 years of audit and information systems experience. Mr. Prieto has been a member of various committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has served on boards and committees for various not-for-profit organizations and is an active director of the Puerto Rico Volleyball Federation. Mr. Prieto is responsible for the Outsourcing department of the Firm, and serves clients in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service industries. Prior to joining us, Mr. Prieto worked for two international accounting firms, and had his own practice for 16 years. Mr. Prieto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Detroit and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Business Strategy - We have performed business valuations in connection with buy/sell agreements, sales, mergers, purchase and sale of
a business.
Litigation Support Services - We
offer litigation support services relating to disputes involving business
entities and/or government agencies. In addition, we can offer our support as
consultants to attorneys or as an expert witness. We are equipped to serve as expert witness in criminal cases requiring economic assessments or measurement, such as arson, bid rigging or price fixing. We have been engaged in providing services such as: loss of income from death, loss of business goodwill, lost earnings capacity, lost profits and revenues, personal injury, property damage, and lost sale value of a company. We have also acted as court-appointed master or forensic accountants.
Recruiting Assistance - We have helped our clients in the professional staff recruiting process. We provide an accounting test, interview the candidate(s), and investigate references, as well. We deliver a report of procedures performed and our recommendations.
