Quality control and internal procedures

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants requires all members engaged in the practice of public accounting to participate in the mandatory practice monitoring programs (Peer Reviews). As par of this program, Kevane Grant Thornton has undergone seven peer reviews; the most recent reported is dated December 2007.

The Firm has consistently obtained unqualified opinions on our peer review reflecting our commitment to conform with professional standards. Under Ms. Marta Betancourt’s surveillance, annual Internal Inspections are conducted between the Peer Review Visits which occur every three years.
