Jesús M. Prieto, CPA

Audit partner and IBC director with over thirty five years of audit experience. Mr. Prieto is a member of the Puerto Rico State Society of CPA’s and has been a member of various committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has served on boards and committees for various nonprofit organizations and is an active director of the Puerto Rico Volleyball Federation. Besides his ongoing responsibilities as an assurance partner he also directs the outsourcing services department and serves clients in the manufacturing, wholesale and services business sectors. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Prieto worked for two international accounting firms, and had his own practice for sixteen years.

Mr. Prieto holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with major in accounting and finance from the University of Detroit and a master of business administration from the University of North Carolina.
